He says we need to think not just about how much liquidity is getting created by central banks, but more precisely where that money is being spent. Would spending more directly on universal decmodified services like health care and public transit be a better way? And who actually loses in the end when it comes to speculative gambling process through which hetch funds somehow diversify their exposure? Stephan: We need to get out of a situation which were essentially blackmailed by entities that are meant to serve us.
