Two Hollywood unions have struck the set. At these more than 75,000 actors and writers, all studio production has stopped. LA Mayor Karen Bass is in a tough spot. She's pro union, but very much in the crosshairs of these strikers. But defining fairness is always the great divide between management and workers.
