I don't know how aggressive judges in New York Supreme Court, which is not New York's highest court listeners. How aggressive they tend to be or how much authority they have to be aggressive if they want to on those kinds of things. But I will say the kind of movement from the judge of monitoring Trump for his excessive violent rhetoric to Trump getting up there at Mar-a-Lago and complaining about the lunatic far left prosecutors reminded me a lot of those moments during his presidency when he would like restrain himself but five minutes later he was tweeting threats of nuclear war at Kim Jong-un.
