The Role of Race in Academic Skills Gaps

The Art Institute of Chicago recently dismissed all of its docents who could have given tours to these kids and introduced them to the Museum collection of art. And so the Art Institute decided we have to cancel our docent program because we can't employ whites any longer. This is going on across the board, Brian. Every time we talk about diversity, it's all zero sum. You are denying opportunities to the most qualified people with these racial double standards in order to have achieved diversity. But here's the fact, Brian. You can have diversity or you can have meritocracy. You cannot have both.
