Is It Time for the European Union to Impose New Sanctions on Iran?

Foreign Minister Jan LePovski says Europe needs to do much more to offer Ukraine military assistance. The EU is already working on such measures and I hope that there will be soon agreement in the EU, he tells Hard Talk.
