The Importance of a More Expansive Squad

I think you've got to retain a lot of that squad because it's said we saw how important it was to have numbers. Steve Cooper knows inside out what it takes to run a football club as a manager and who he wants to stay, who he doesn't. It's never easy getting that balance right. But I think everybody at the club, he's got great back room staff. He's got great people behind the scenes who are a help on a daily basis. They want to keep being that Premier League. And I'm sure they can. The wage bill has got to be right. That's exactly what's happening at Forest at the moment for me."
