Is There a Need for Technical Talent?

There's just not enough of you don't any sort of hnical talent. And there's a lot of technical talenthats just leaving technology because they're tired of it. There's no interest in the high school ranks, and i've figured this out over the last year, none of them want to go into technology. We are increasing costs and demanding a differnt ype of leadership style that some ceos are eating up. That's what leadership hates, is we've created uncertainty. We've created rapid change, and we have bargaining power. So there isn't a power dynamic that can be exploited to slow the change down. I'm at the top. I'm good
