What's the Main Point of the Report?

The report says it generally encompasses what should be a five minute walk from the grand metro lynx station. The area is bordered by 64 slash forty to the north, shodo to the south, south teresa avenue to the east, and south spring street to the west. There's not as much connectivity as you would think, given those short walking distances. You could throw a rock to the grand metrilank station from where they're located but there's not good connections.
