UI UX - What Are the Top Tasks?
There's two stages in top tasks. The first is to identify them and there's usually in every environment. In most environments the vast majority 80 to 90 percent of environments typically there's about 8 to 12 top tasks. So it's much better as you say to focus on improving those than polishing a multiple of smaller tiny tasks right.
