Treatment for dupitrance disease can be operative or non-operative. Xiaflex injections are able to correct MCP slash PIP contracture to less than 5 degrees. A needle apanorotomy is another non-operative modality. Proclations are usually minor and the most common include edema slash contusion, skin tear and or pain.
