What Can I Give?

Amor fati is sort of like loving everything that happens to you. So I tell the story of Thomas Edison in his laboratory burning down. And he actually runs this scene with excitement. He's like enjoying seeing it burned down because it's a beautiful site. It would force him to be creative and try new things again. A lot of what I talk about in the last third of the book is not about so much what you can do, but how you respond to the things that happened to you.
