- Fitness goals are driven by initial vanity, and performance goal mainly focuses on eating to improve your performance. But both goals do not translate to longevity.
- For longevity, you need to consider how your eating and doing affect certain markers in your bloodwork.
- Body scans and blood work should be superior to having a good outward appearance.
- You can have fitness and performance goals, but longevity goals should be prioritized.

- Start with your diet first.
- Diet is what you do. Every day, it's a conscious effort. It's where you start balancing your hormones out.
- If you start exercising, most people will get hungry, which goes back to the diet.
