Trump is not in trouble legally. Merrick Garland and Jack Smith will continue to protect this guy. He's in political trouble, which is all he cares about. And his son is now in legal trouble now that the judge threw the deal out. Is he going to get rescued again by a DOJ parachute? Probably. But they've got 30 days to unscrew this thing.
