The Importance of Brain Plasticity

I think sometimes we, even though we're already in this conversation, breaking open the idea that nurture can win out and that we all have this ability. We're born with the ability to go about and practice to get better. Speak to brain plasticity. But why don't you speak to the plasticity notion? Because I think we really do get caught up in the idea of this fixed, that we're fixed, but in terms of being able to change.
