There is a theory and a line to be drawn to say that they are Intentionally trying to topple the dollar. The reason why people are jumping on board is two reasons one they see weakness in America They don't know how long it lasts if I am a smaller country and I have to choose between the United States and China, you know what I mean? Because the United States looks weaker and weaker every day.
