Plants Respond to Sound Waves

People are more inclined to make unjustified leaps from detection to sensation when we happen to sense an accident than in cases when we do not. There's less motivation to say that plants sea smell, et cetera, the exogenous etheline they respond to since we don't see or otherwise sense it. Those who claim that hearing is involved need to provide evidence beyond the fact that the plant responds to specific sound laves.
