The Connection Between Jacob's Dream and the Ladder

The story of Jacob's dream and the ladder that he sees there is a foreshadowing of who Christ is. In chapter one, right, you will see the angels of God ascending and descending upon the Son of Man. So this ladder becomes that which binds heaven to earth. It's at which joins God and man. And it connects with what Jesus says at the end of John chapter 1: "I am the means of communication between God and man"
