What Was the Thing About the 82 Year Old Man?
An 82-year-old man was jailed in India for taking a bribe of 100 rupees 30 years ago. He went to jail now, but he's just turned 83 and has been given time served. In India under law both the giver and the receiver are guilty of bribe. That is one big issue. Why people don't come up and put their hand up and say, he's a bribe? Both ways you have to prosecute under Indian law.
