Sometimes you do just have overall too much stress on the whole system and you need more of like a full body deload. With my training, how it's set up, it's more just kind of an a maintenance phase. So I can go longer without deloading and be less rigorous with basically everything. The goal is just to enjoy my workouts and maintain muscle and strength.
