What Should I Do Before I Start My Judicial Clerkship?

If you hear something negative about your boss before you start the clerkship, you should turn the clerkship down. The judge will find another clerk. It's really not worth setting yourself up for mistreatment. There are employee dispute resolution processes in place in most court houses. You can also file a formal judicial conduct and disability act complaint.
