Introduction
On paper, it's really surprising that I'm not an alcoholic. Alcoholism is by far the most studied chemical addiction. Scientists who study it generally come to the conclusion that alcoholism is the result of roughly 50% environmental factors. alcohol provides a temporary state of euphoria, particularly craved by people who have few other sources of happiness in their lives.
