The Challenges of Working With a Mental Model
i find very rewarding and exciting work, but i can understand that it's not for everyone. Sometimes what we need is somebody to provide an input and say, we're going to contract you to provide an opinion. And a, so i guess the long answer to the question is, yes, it's critical. Yes, it's really difficult. We probably need to talk more about the challenges than just kind of glorify the the team science. I'm not even talking about transdito, truly trans disciplinary work,. where you're involving non academic stakeholders in publications and in Outputs. which i think is another layer of complexity and stickiness.
