Is There a Non Genetically Modified Membrane?
All the opsins i'm describing a genetically engineered member and proteins. I don't know of a simply added opsin that's been used widely. There is yis new ultra sound trick, right wherea, you can focus ultra sound to transiently disrupt the cell membrane and allow ions to pass through it. A manacan techni cause excitation. But they are not as prevalent as the protein based optogen etics.
