This could be a sign that prosecutors are inching closer to indicting the former President and solidifies that special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation is focused on Trump’s actions. Plus, around 75 million people are under air quality alerts as wildfire smoke from Canada has slowly pushed south into major U.S. cities.
