CNN's John Defterios says the White House is trying to cover up a scandal involving Vice President Joe Biden and his family. "It just you doubt them at every turn," he said, adding that they never do anything to really remove your doubts or when they do as with Ukraine, it just confuses more" He added: "There is no leadership.
