How to Be a Successful Paramedic Pilot

There's a lot of different types of expertise that are being brought together to do the type of work. So you're describing the flight crews and the ability to deliver medical care in a bus to your environment from the back of a helicopter. You're also talking about the interface with a totally different, equally skilled, but differently skilled crew in the rescue folks and the retrieval folks. I hope that that sort of mash up between two highly skilled teams that need to work together but aren't necessarily the same people is something that we're going to explore a little bit too.
