Bubonic plague is cause by micro organism of jusinia pestiffs, which is a bacillus. Is basically a disease small mammals, black rats, jerbils, ptarmigans, ground squirrels. In california i found notices on the trees saying, beware of pubonic plague. And the disease is pass to humans.
