Bob Narsesian's, Uh, Changed the Climate in Las Vegas

I can't remember the last time a mayor, any of my players has had a nasty incident in Las Vegas and they used to happen, uh, quite frequently. Bob Narsesian is one of my heroes. I think he's totally changed the climate in Las Vegas...to a large extent. He got big awards in cases where there weren't any injuries that the lawyers were looking for. To a large extent, these tactics have stopped. They still go on, uh, elsewhere in the country, unfortunately.
