No forecasters, super or regular, is going to be an expert quote-unquote on anything more than a very kind fraction of the questions posed because they're so heterogeneous. This is putting a premium on mental agility and being a quick study. The dictators tend to be sticky. Once a dictator has been in power for a certain period, the likelihood of that dictator making it another year is extremely high.
