Roberto is a football obsessive, he loves watching football even when he's not coaching. He had also done a huge amount of work coming into the interview process where he clearly studied all of our players. The progress that we'd made in the Premier League is a relatively small club bearing in mind that prior to joining Shakhtar,. Roberto had worked for a similarly sized club in Italy to swallow.
