The second problem, and this is kind of related, is that your consistency metric is something that you used to do before your life was different. Or you've adopted the consistency metric from someone else who's not you and doesn't live your life. So we have to stop comparing to our former self and to other people and get very clear defining it in the here and now. What does that mean? Most of my clients are not rebels. Rebels don't like to be told what to do in any way, shape or form. But most of my clients do need to be able to anticipate the week ahead.
