Are You in the Same Meetings on a Regular Basis?
You can have a, let's say it's 20 hours a week. That gives you freedom over 88 % of your work week. If that number was almost double, you still have discretion over 88% of your time. In senior leadership, morning people are over represented. You don't have a whole lot of night owls. And most bosses would be open to shortening my time at those meetings or moving those meetings.
