What's Going on in Pennsylvania?

There's a very clear law in pennsylvania. I brought this up yesterday, that i'll actuallycite the election code myself. It clearly sta for liberals. The county board of elections shall meet no earlier then seven a m on election day to pre canvass all ballots received prior to the meeting. If you mishandle em before seven a m onelection day, it means you did so in violation law. Is that correctfoan, she says, yes.
