How Do Satellites in Mining Work?
Satellies are going round and taking pictures in the infra red part of the electromagnetic spectrum, or in the micro wave. That means we can tell something about the characteristics of the ground that our eyes just can't see. You can use satellite data to look at what minerals there are so you can do geological exploration. And then later on, for the operational parts, you can use sateli data to monitor what's happening.
