The Museum of Derry
Museum of derry london was the great centre of shirt manufacture for britain. Forty percent of britain's shirts were made there in the 19 twenties. For a hundred years, they were exported round the world, until the 19 seventies. The museum has used that to bring all kinds of people into the museum who had worked in the factories. And so they've turned the past into a basis of shared enthusiasm,. shared memory and really shared memory on which you can build.
