Inflammation of the DRUJ Injuries
In patients with post-traumatic arthritis, one may see dorsal wrist pain and limited pronosupination. A dynamic CT may be useful in the diagnosis of subtle chronic DRUJ instability. Non-operative intervention with closed reduction and immobilization is indicated for DRUJ and stability from purely ligamentous injuries.
