Fouche said lock down wasn't practical. He recommended masks, he recommended social distancing. Yet the science now is uncertain on that. Here's fouche changing his mind. If the science is evolving, stop making declarative, dispositive, almost certain statements about science. You just admit it is evolving. I always bring evidence.
