The Court's Going to Decide Stuff

I think we've all come to accept that the court's going to decide stuff. Think about vaccines of late. Wouldn't you rather trust a federal system, whoever is sident, and the federal and federal agencies like ocea? I just don't think it's up to courts to make that decision. It's in state legislatures and in congress. That's the way the system was set up. And all things le i would rather trust legislative majorities than trust unelected judges. But right now you're seeing the perils of an aggressive a judiciary. Now that the conservatives have five and a half or six votes there goin to take the ball and run with it.
