The 10-10-10 Method for Dealing With Daily Worries

The 10-10-10 method was created by American author Susie Welsh. She released a book on it in 2009 which went on to become a New York Times bestseller. It involves asking yourself three questions when faced with an unsolvable problem. These are: What will the consequences of my decision be in 10 minutes? Secondly, what will they be in 10 months? And finally, what will them be in 10 years?
