The Role of the Harry-View in the Diagnosis of Spinal Injury

The Harry-view classification system, which again is based on the degree of instability, is divided into three stages. Stage one corresponds to minimal or non-displaced unilateral injury to the cranio- cervical ligaments. The most important views are the mid-sadual CT reconstruction views. Be sure to identify the anatomy of the vertebral artery prior to occipidoservical fusion.
