Is There a Way to Split the Stadium Authority?

There aren't even enough funds ear marked for maintenance to take care of the basic stuff this facility needs. I would bet this heats up after the holidays, and then we start to see people maybe negotiate or angle in public for who deserves what. They should go the extra mile to try to keep this from becoming a contentious thing. And my advice would be to try to sort this out, you know, amicably and as soon as possible.
