Canabas Reform

You know, i think hat the answer likely lies somewhere in the middle. And this is a process at the fetter level, like it is with any large policy. Tho i don't cannabas is no different. We've swung the pendulum kind of from one end to the other. I hope that we can get at least some substantive policy legislation passed out of this congress.
