There's a long history of civil disobedience in our country when people are under attack. This is out in california, not exactly a bastion of right wing conservatism. So we're going to ignore at because that just doesn't sound right. It sounds immoral and ethical and pretty darned you can fill in the blank. i sincerely doubt that there's a place in our constitution that allows that.
