The Bipartisan Concern About Climate Change on Military Operations
Climate change has been listed in almost every annual worldwide threat assessment for at least the last decade. The quadrennial defense review has listed climate change as a national security threat and it is something that planners are integrating into their plans for bases. In the last month I think it's four different military officials have testified in front of Congress about the impact of climate change on military operations. All see it as real they all see it as challenge or even as a threat.
