How to Be a Beacon of Change
I truly believe that you are what you eat. So it's so important to educate people because the problem is that people just don't know any better. Because we've been brainwashed and it's easy. Fast food is easy. It's meant that way because pharmaceutical companies wanted to make their billions of dollars. I want to be that beacon of change. But live it as an example first. And then spread the message and educate people on that.
