The timing was good. We're fortunate to have done what we did, and frankly, it's a pretty big thing that we had it all wrapped up and also had such a seamless process. Our investors were very helpful in the process throughout the way. I can't predict when, but it's going to happen. And then the international stage, of what's happening in the world right now, i for sure don't want to be raising money later. That decision is not a fabric decision.
