Advice of Counsel: A Real Thing

There is a defense known as advice of counsel. Trump has had trouble with both of those elements, candor and good faith. It may be available to him here to try and trot out in a court of law. But he would have to establish again that he was completely candid with his counsel as I was with you. And that he acted in good faith upon the advice of Counsel.
