The Hatch Act and the Bidens

The report says cocaine was found in a cubby right near the White House's West Executive entrance. Wasn't by the library and not by an area in which the tourists get to. Carly, maybe he can't deny that one of the Bidens has that cocaine. But it's not a Hatch Act violation. It's a news story that he's responding to, which is his job.
