Petsgate looks like a redwing conspiracy very clearly. I meet people who are not conservative in any deep sense of the word, and they have had their thoughts captured to some extent by those cuenon conspiracies. But liberals also use panic scenarios. They liberals also use very similar techniques. So when these things enter into public campaigns, however, in the us, they tend to take on the panic formm and there is a difficult proposition to straddle.
