Almost 30% of your cases are men. In parts of france, it's up to 70%. No one has ever come up with commencing explanations for these fluctuations. One area where there was a major difference was in bewitching babies and children. But even then, there were a few men, even with babies. And the conviction rate is identical. Being a witch that counts. A herdsman accused of having killed somebody who underbid him to be the herdsman. The man was ill already.
